All products ordered from Canada’s Gift Baskets Company are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We guarantee that your gift will arrive to your recipient in quality condition. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product please contact our customer service department within 7 business days either by telephone, or by email at info@canadasgiftbaskets.ca. We will replace or refund the items concerned. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

We ensure two important quality control measures are in place for all gifts ordered through Canada’s Gift Baskets Company:

• The gift basket is created with care and attention to detail by professional trained assembles, wrapped in cellophane and topped with a hand tied fabric bow.
• The gift basket is packaged firm and secure inside the container with Bubble wrap and Kraft paper to ensure that the gift will still arrive in great condition after it leaves our production facility.

Please Note: We reserve the right to substitute product due to shortage or seasonal available but rest assured, any products substituted will be of equal or greater value! We promise that any substitution made will never affect the overall quality and appearance of the gift.

Delivery and Shipping Policies

If you order a gift that is being shipped via Canada Post, please be aware that Standard Ground Delivery provides an estimated delivery date - the delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery to rural areas may not be possible at any time. We do not deliver these gifts to Post office boxes. Most importantly, without a phone number and a full address such as a hospital room number, apartment number, floor level, etc., your order will either be delayed or may cause non-delivery. If there is no one at recipient location to receive delivery, our courier will make any decisions concerning the safety of the location to leave the Gift Basket or will attempt delivery at a later time.

You will be notified if any issues arise concerning the delivery of your order.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 24 hours before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been dispatched, you must notify our customer services at info@canadasgiftbaskets.ca

Alcohol

Sale of Alcohol Items can only be ordered and delivered to those 18 years of age and over.
