Substitutions Policy

In the event that a product may become unavailable or to ensure freshness we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value. We assure you the overall theme, color and quality of the gift basket will not be compromised.

In the event that a container (basket) becomes unavailable we reserve the right to substitute it with a like container with equal or greater value. If the substitution will drastically change the look or design of the basket we will contact you to discuss further options.
